Udama Tucker founded New Chapter Credit Group with one clear purpose: to be the financial guide she wished had existed for the women in her own community. She saw firsthand how divorce, job loss, and years of putting family first could leave a woman financially vulnerable — not because of bad choices, but because of hard circumstances and a system no one ever explained.
With deep expertise in credit repair, dispute resolution, and financial coaching, Udama built New Chapter to be more than a service — it is a safe space where Black women can get honest answers, real support, and a personalized plan to reclaim their financial power.

Udama Tucker is the founder of New Chapter Credit Group and a dedicated credit repair specialist with a passion for financial empowerment. With years of experience in credit counseling and financial coaching, Udama built New Chapter specifically to serve Black women who have faced life's hardest moments — divorce, job loss, sacrificing for family — and come out the other side ready to rebuild. Her mission is simple: no woman should be held back by a credit score that does not reflect who she truly is.

Senior Dispute Specialist
Denise spent 8 years working inside a major credit bureau before joining New Chapter. She knows the system inside and out — and uses that knowledge to fight for every client.
